**I**Stepping Stones - Local Bereavement Support Group

QPC and Dalmeny Kirk host a Bereavement support group, which is usually held once a year over 6 weeks. The sessions have previously taken place in the Hawes Inn on Wednesdays from 7pm until 9:00pm

Discussion Topics will include: health and well-being, the grieving process, personal experience, practical considerations, money and legal issues, and socialising and thinking ahead and the way ahead.

Each of the meetings will start with tea/coffee and chat followed by an invited speaker, who has experience in these areas. The main purpose is to meet and share experience with others who are on the bereavement journey.
