What's On

The Boys’ Brigade

“The advancement of Christ’s kingdom among Boys and the promotion of habits of Obedience, Reverence, Discipline, Self-respect and all that tends towards a true Christian manliness”

At Queensferry Boys’ Brigade we aim to have fun whilst still maintaining the values of the Boys’ Brigade – Christian education, drill and achievement work. We regularly participate in many Battalion competitions such as football, swimming, badminton, cross country. We have also recently organised trips to watch English Premiership football matches and Scotland international rugby games. We organise an annual weekend camp.

Our young Anchor Boys’ evening consists of story telling, arts & crafts and games. The Junior & Company Section boys take part in drill, games and achievements. A large number of the boys have gained their President’s Badge and Queen’s Badge (the two highest achievements in The Boys’ Brigade) over the last few years.
